The smashfm chat room uses java based software and you will need to have java installed on your computer .
The java application can be downloaded from here www.java.com .


Smashfm also uses windows media technology to stream our live shows so you will need the latest version of windows media player
also some browsers may require windows media player plugins most common one being mozilla firefox and
google chrome  which can be downloaded from here .
